We’re committed to the quality of our MagicSing products. To ensure you have complete confidence in your purchase, we offer a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering any material defects. With your original sales receipt from us, you’re protected against certain issues for peace of mind.
What’s Covered:

Material Defects: We’ll repair or replace defective parts due to material issues if purchased directly from us with proof of purchase.

Hardware Malfunctions: This includes issues with the main unit, wireless microphones, and any included hardware components.
What’s Not Covered:

Accidental Damage: Any damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect, such as cracks, dents, or water damage.

Unauthorized Repairs: Repairs or modifications done by non-authorized service providers.

Normal Wear and Tear: Expected wear from daily use, including minor scratches, scuffs, or battery aging.

Consumables: Items like batteries are not covered unless the issue is due to a material defect.
How to Make a Warranty Claim:

Contact Support: If there’s an issue, reach out to us with your purchase details and a description of the problem.

Troubleshooting: Our team will assist with troubleshooting steps to see if the issue can be resolved remotely.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): If needed, we’ll issue an RMA number for returning the product.

Shipping Instructions: Ship the product securely, with the RMA number and proof of purchase included. You’ll cover the shipping cost to us, but we’ll pay for return shipping.

Repair or Replacement: Our technicians will inspect and repair the item. If a repair isn’t feasible, we’ll replace it with an equal or higher-value unit.

Return Shipping: We cover the cost to ship the repaired or replacement item back to you.
