Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

Returns or exchanges can be made within 30 days of delivery. During the holiday season, the return period may be extended for gift purchases. Non-defective returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error.

If the product you are returning does not meet the criteria listed below, it will be returned to you:

• Products purchased from other sellers – Please contact the original seller.
• Tampering with the microphone (attempting repairs yourself or through a non-authorized Magicsing repair center).
• Battery leakage or explosion.
• Damage from using the wrong power adapter.
• Water damage.
• Physical or cosmetic damage, including but not limited to dropping, throwing, or severing wires due to misuse.

Before returning an order, please sales@magicsingmicrophone.com to request a return authorization.

EXCHANGE POLICY

For defective products, we will reimburse shipping charges related to the exchange. For non-defective exchanges, return shipping costs must be covered by you.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued to your credit card upon receipt and inspection of the returned product in its original condition. Processing may take 5-10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

PRICING & TAXES

All prices are in US Dollars. Sales tax is collected in accordance with state laws and will be reflected in your cart at checkout.
